P-links
A downloadable FreeWare for Windows

Peritus-Link is an application designed to serve as your personal link database. It is neither a simple “bookmarking tool” nor a standard favorites manager; rather, it is a space where every link transforms into a visual note—organized and accessible—complete with its own thumbnail, title, description, and metadata.
Designed for users who handle large volumes of information, Peritus-Link enables you to create a clean, portable, and entirely local record of your web resources. Each entry is saved in a .peritus file—editable even with a basic text editor—making it a flexible, transparent, and enduring tool.
The interface is designed to be minimalist, fast, and distraction-free. Each note functions as a visual card, allowing you to identify links instantly. The system operates entirely offline, requiring no user accounts, no mandatory synchronization, and no reliance on external services.
Easy-Use:
In Peritus Links, you can add note cards using the "Add-Note" button located in the bottom-left corner. Once the pop-up window for creating a new note appears, you can provide its URL and enrich it with various metadata to help you search for it later.
Directly beneath every note, you will find a "Toolbar" section containing various buttons that allow you to: copy the note's URL, open it in your browser, move it, or even pin it to the top.

You can search for specific keywords found within your notes' metadata using the search bar.

You can access the app's settings via the "About this App & Settings" button.

There, you will find options for customizing the app's style as well as settings for locking the application.
